Just another day at the office for a Kentucky opponent. Let the Cats self-destruct and stay upright and you win. Nothing more can be said about the pathetic ending to the 2008-09 basketball season. Like the great Dennis Green would say, "We are who you thought we were!" Or something to that effect. The saddest thing about all of this is Pat Patterson deserves none of this. He is exactly the type of player we wanted here at Kentucky, just not the ending we expected. What a frustrating team. Obviously, we still have a puncher's chance to make the Tourney, but please don't let anyone convince you it will happen, because it's not. The last eleven games tell us who we are, not the first twenty.
Go out and enjoy this weather. As a UK fan, you deserve it.
