Catch me if you can

I just felt like run-ning.

Not sure if anyone around these parts watch the Cincinnati Reds, but you have to check out interim third baseman Adam Rosales' home run trot. It is a thing of beauty. The kid is making a name for himself with Cincinnati fans because of his hustle. He runs to first base after a walk, runs out sacrifices, and is a breath of fresh air when it comes to baseball purists.

He hit his first career home run Sunday in Cincinnati and sprinted around the bases in 15.5 seconds, causing some national media to suggest he was showing up the pitcher. Note to Michael Wilbon -- you must live an absolutely miserable life if you complain about this.

And to let everyone know it wasn't a fluke, he sprinted around the bases Monday night in Arizona after his second career homer in 15.7 seconds. You've got to love a guy who throws it on the line for your team. Chances are, he'll never put up cartoon-like numbers in his MLB future, so why not make a name for yourself by busting your tail.

MLB guards all baseball video like its Fort Knox, so you have to visit the link below to check it out.

Home run #1

Can't find a good video for #2. Stay tuned.
