Rafael Little also received a few words of encouragement from Titans Coach Jeff Fischer. The Titans coach was at the NFL Combine (NFL Network) and was asked if he'd ever fallen in love with a player at the combine. His answer............Rafael Little. Fischer said he had a few bad breaks during combine week, but stopped to tell Rafael he was going to give him a chance to play in the National Football League. The Titans are excited to watch Little "shine in '09."
