This same team challenged for last years state title, but lost to eventual winner Marion County and you know who. Elliot County, with a population of approximately 7,000 and a senior class consisting of only 42 boys, tries to erase last year's memory and replace it with a Sweet 16 Saturday night win at Rupp. While this won't be the last time this ever happens, a legit run by a super small school has become a Sweet 16 anomaly.
