So much for the comedy of the thread below. Daniel Orton upstages our comment party. Scout.com and Jody Demling are reporting/confirming the decommitment. Best of luck to Daniel in his college endeavors. We had to see this coming, right? Too many things were going right with the new coach, not to mention he would've been splitting minutes with other big time frontcourt guys.
Kentucky Ink just talked to Larry Orton, Daniel's father, and he denies this report.
That's too bad, Cousins, Orton & Patterson would have had the rest of the country shaking in their boots. Good luck to Big Dan.
ReplyDeleteIs it cheating to vote for Orton in the new poll? Yeah, it would have been nice to have all 3 bigs banging down low. I wonder if he will reconsider UK if PPat leaves.

ReplyDeleteIn years past, I would have now been convinced that Orton would go on to dominate at his school (see Chris Lofton) and Cousins would be the next Randolph Morris. However, with Cal, I have a new sense of confidence that he knows what he is doing.
