So says Gary Parrish of CBS Sports. Well, he didn't actually say "world", but that's what I gathered. He is probably the biggest name left to decide on his future. Obviously, its the most important decision for everyone in the Bluegrass.
The world of Internets says the decision will come this weekend. Of course this is the conclusion they come to because the deadline is Monday. Nothing gets past the Internets.
Gary lets us know the college basketball world and its meaningless preseason rankings hinge on Jodie's decision. If he comes back, we could be #1. If not, we'll still be a top team, but the chances of winning a national title decrease significantly. Tis the calm before the storm. And I'll actually be in Sparta, KY watching the Nationwide race, go figure.
In other news, Jody Demling reports Jon Hood is up to about 200 lbs. now. He is getting ready for the Kentucky-Indiana All-Star games this weekend. Saturday in Indianapolis, Sunday at Bellarmine. No word if Twinkies are to blame. What a fatty.
