UK's Billy Kopp Eliminated in 12th at 2009 WSOP

Kentucky student, probably former student now, Billy Kopp was eliminated in 12th place at the 2009 WSOP Main Event. Don't cry a river for Billy, though, he left the Main Event with over $896K. Not bad for a former student.

With that kind of money, he'll have a leg up on fellow students when it comes to the type of premium resume paper he can buy. Should put him in line for a nice job.

Kopp stayed in the top five most of the night, then got caught on a second nut flush draw. His opponent, now the huge chip leader, had a king high flush while Billy held a five high flush, taking over $20 mil in chips.
